1. Promoter

This prize draw (the “Draw”) is promoted by Jungle Bee N.V. (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”), of Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curaçao, ICO registration ZA638664, email: dpo@junglebeegroup.com.
The Draw is offered under the WinInAClick CA brand. Apple is not the promoter, sponsor or partner of this Draw unless expressly stated otherwise. Brand names are used only to describe the prize.

2. The prize

There is one (1) prize available: one (1) Apple iPhone 18 Pro together with one (1) pair of Apple AirPods 5 (the “Prize”).
The Prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers, except that the Promoter may, acting reasonably, substitute a prize of comparable value if the original Prize is unavailable. All taxes, duties and costs associated with accepting or using the Prize are the winner’s responsibility. Use of the Prize is also subject to Apple’s own terms and conditions.

3. Entry period

The Draw runs for the period stated on https://www.wininaclick.com/ca/win-the-apple-duo/, or until the Promoter closes the Draw. Entries received after closing are invalid. The Promoter may extend, shorten or discontinue the Draw for legal, technical or operational reasons.

4. Eligibility

The Draw is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

Excluded are employees, officers, directors and contractors of Jungle Bee N.V. and its affiliated companies, anyone professionally connected with the organisation of the Draw, and members of their households and immediate families. The Draw is void where prohibited by law.

5. How to enter

Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required.
To enter: visit https://www.wininaclick.com/ca/win-the-apple-duo/, complete the entry form fully and accurately (including name, contact details, date of birth / age confirmation and any other requested fields) and submit the entry.

Consent to marketing from Jungle Bee N.V. (WinInAClick CA) or selected partners is optional and is not a condition of entry. You may enter without marketing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the opt-out options on the website or by emailing dpo@junglebeegroup.com.

Maximum one valid entry per person, per email address and per household, unless the website expressly states otherwise. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. Winner selection

The potential winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries.
The Promoter’s decision on the validity of entries and the award of the Prize is final and binding, subject to mandatory law.

7. Notification and claiming the Prize

The potential winner will be contacted within a reasonable time after the draw using the contact details provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) days (or any shorter period stated in the notice), prove identity, age and Canadian residence, and — if required by the Promoter — sign an eligibility and liability release.

If the potential winner does not respond in time, fails to meet these terms, or the entry is invalid, the Prize is forfeited and the Promoter may select an alternate winner. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect contact details or undelivered messages.

8. Publicity

To the extent permitted by law, it is a condition of entry and of accepting the Prize that the Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, place of residence (city/province or territory) and, if provided, a photograph in connection with the Draw, including on the website and in marketing materials.

9. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the website (via the Privacy Policy link at https://www.wininaclick.com/ca/win-the-apple-duo/) and applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial privacy legislation.
Data is used to administer the Draw, verify and contact the winner, prevent fraud (including phone-number validation / “pinging”) and — only with your consent or another valid legal basis — for marketing by Jungle Bee N.V. and/or selected partners. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Privacy contacts: dpo@junglebeegroup.com and privacy@junglebbeegroup.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Fraud, abuse and disqualification

The Promoter may refuse entries or disqualify a winner in cases of (suspected) fraud, multiple accounts, bots, use of a VPN to circumvent residency requirements, false information, or conduct that undermines the Draw. Attempts to manipulate systems may result in exclusion and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged entries; technical failures; interruptions of networks or third-party services; or loss arising from participation or from accepting or using the Prize, except in cases of the Promoter’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where mandatory Canadian consumer protection law prohibits limitation.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that you cannot exclude under applicable federal or provincial consumer protection legislation.

12. Changes and termination

The Promoter may amend these terms or suspend or end the Draw if required by circumstances beyond reasonable control, technical issues, fraud or legal obligations. Changes will be published on the website where reasonably practicable.

13. Governing law

This Draw and these terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory in which you reside, without prejudice to any mandatory protections that apply to you as a Canadian consumer. Disputes may be brought before the competent Canadian courts. Nothing prevents you from complaining to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or using other statutory dispute processes.
